Where are the ceremony and reception being held?
Both our ceremony and reception will be held at Harper's Vineyard located at 338 Webb Rd, Townsend, TN 37882
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Our ceremony will be outdoors and the cocktail hour will be held outdoors with indoor access available. We will head completely indoors for dinner, and then the reception will wrap up as a fun indoor/outdoor hybrid experience.
What time should I arrive at the venue?
Guests can begin arriving at 3:15 PM. Please aim to arrive by 3:45 PM so everyone can be comfortably seated before the ceremony begins!
Is parking available at the venue?
There is plenty of onsite parking, and we will have attendants directing you when you arrive. We also have the ability to reserve parking spaces closer to the entrance for our elderly or less mobile guests. If you need one of these accessible spots, please let us know in advance (either on your RSVP or by reaching out to us directly) so we can secure a spot for you!
How do I RSVP and when is the deadline?
You will be able to RSVP here on The Knot. The official RSVP deadline will be included with your formal invitation. Because of venue capacity restrictions and strict vendor deadlines, we will be unable to hold spots or accept RSVPs past that date. Thank you so much for understanding!
Are kids allowed?
To allow all our guests a night of relaxation and uninhibited fun, we have elected to make our special day an adults-only occasion. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you.
What's on the menu (and at the bar)?
Following the ceremony, we will have hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet-style dinner. Our bar will feature a selection of beer, wine, seltzers, and two signature cocktails.

Will there be assigned seating?
We will have assigned tables and seating for dinner. When you arrive at the reception area, there will be a seating chart to help you easily find your designated spot.
